Strengthening Quality Assurance Mechanism of Teacher Training Programmes of the Institute Expansion of the NTI Programmes and the application of ICT in the Programme Delivery Integration of ICT in all the operations of the Institute  Enhancement of Revenue Generation, Mobilization and its optimum Utilization Staff Sourcing, Welfare and General Development	Dr. Aminu Ladan Sharehu                            Director General & Chief Executive	In line with the 5 -point agenda of his administration,  the Director General & Chief Executive of the National Teachers' Institute, Dr. Aminu Ladan Sharehu is here announcing the commencement of NTI Students' On-Line Application and Registration effective from the 2010 Academic Session. Dr. Sharehu stated that NTI, which is the premier and only Distant Learning Institution for the Training and Development of the Nigerian Teacher, cannot be left behind in this age of Information Technology. He therefore called on all NTI Zonal and State Co-ordinators, Study Centre Managers and all the present and prospective Students to assist in making a success of this effort.
